Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope - Despecialized Edition

This is a reconstruction of the 1977 theatrical version of STAR WARS. The original shots were painstakingly restored using various sources and the film received an extensive shot by shot color correction based on a fade free 1977 I.B. Technicolor Print. The remastered version represents a significant improvement in picture quality over the earlier version. Luke Skywalker, a spirited farm boy, joins rebel forces to save Princess Leia from the evil Darth Vader, and the galaxy from the Empire's planet-destroying Death Star.
