Bangkok. Il corpo di una giovane viene rinvenuto in un fiume. Il detective viene incaricato di condurre le indagini, ma la sua morale dovrà scontrarsi con un irrefrenabile sete di vendetta quando riconoscerà nel corpo senza vita Angela, la figlia del suo amico e compagno d’armi Johnny, un ex para militare. Dopo aver avvisato Johnny e avergli giurato di vendicare la morte della ragazza, i due amici di lunga data ancora una volta si ritroveranno fianco a fianco in una spietata caccia all’uomo per poter vendicare la morte di Angela.
