The Doctor's Bride / 1909
Lubin's The Doctor's Bride begins as the physician hero marries the daughter of a deceased patient. Accustomed to deprivation and poverty, the heroine is overwhelmed by the doctor's opulent lifestyle. While sleeping in a comfy chair, she dreams that she is lured away from home by a handsome stranger. As punishment for her philandering, she is reduced to the same poverty from whence she came. At this point, she is aroused from her slumbers with a renewed appreciation for her new spouse. The critic for the trade magazine Variety wrote off The Doctor's Bride as just so much "cheap sentiment."
The Outlaw's Bride / 1915
Dan Calvert, an outlaw, comes with his plunder to the shack of old man Medford, who has a lovely daughter named Jessie. Calvert, in his plunder, finds money and a letter addressed to Hibbard Sharpe, who is on the outlaw's trail. Medford consents to the outlaw's marriage to his daughter in return for a sum of money.

The Fly's Bride / 1929
The Fly's Bride was produced in 1929, one year following Van Beuren's edict that all cartoons would be produced in sound. The RCA Photophone System is the credited process, and Carl Edouarde is credited with "synchronization." The film continues the long-running silent series of Aesop's Fables ("sugar coated pills of wisdom" as the end titles remarked) that the studio turned out. This entry displays the lively brand of "rubber hose" animation that was common in the early sound era. The story opens as a swarm of white shoe-clad flies cavort in a kitchen (gags include a soft-shoe number danced over spilled salt and a cop fly directing traffic around a piece of flypaper). The story shifts outside as a fly calls his gal on the phone. Here some rare lip-synch is attempted during the dialogue; Van Beuren usually avoided dialogue in the years to come in favor of songs to help the story along.

Jack Thompson asks "Boss" Barnet for his daughter's hand, and the wise old man asks him how much money he has in the bank. Jack is embarrassed and the "boss" tells him that when he has $2,500 he will consent to the wedding. The young people are disappointed by the turn of affairs, and to hasten the wedding the girl hits upon a clever ruse.
The Midnight Bride / 1920
While waiting on a New York park bench for the return of her friends, country girl Jeanne Sterling meets Forrest Chenoweth, a rich young wastrel who, while drunk, registered for a marriage license with fortune-hunting Helen Dorr. Enchanted with Jeanne's innocence, Forrest proposes to Jeanne, and they are married by an alderman friend of Forrest's with the license that Forrest had taken out with Helen. That night Forrest drinks too much, falls in his room and kills himself. The scandal appears in the papers, forcing Jeanne to confess the marriage to her sweetheart Robert Pitcairn. However, Helen, in an attempt to acquire the Chenoweth fortune, claims to be Forrest's widow, thus disgracing Jeanne.
The Cheyenne's Bride / 19117.01 voti
The chief of the Sioux and the Cheyennes having fought a duel to the death, there is enmity between the tribes. In consequence, when the son of the Cheyenne chief woos a daughter of the Sioux he is taken prisoner by the men of the latter tribe and about to be killed. He is saved, however, by the girl's interference, but her chief's contempt for her soft-heartedness and desiring to settle the matter, ties her on the back of a wild horse and selecting two other horses gives one to the Cheyenne and one to a Sioux, telling them that the one who catches the maid wins her. A most exciting picture ensues that everyone will enjoy.

The Ghost Bride / 2017

This deal, however, happens to be a deadly curse when the deceased groom's ghost becomes jealous and possessive of Mayen.
