Al Capone -The Hidden Truth of Scarface- / 2015

Takarazuka Snow Troupe 2015 production based on the life of Al Capone. The year is 1929, in a prison in New Jersey. Here, wearing a Divan watch too extravagant for the setting, sits one man: Al Capone. As everyone knows, he’s an American gangster. In a cell arranged especially for him, he gulps down law-prohibited bourbon, next to him sits the script for a new Hollywood screenplay that is in production. The title is “Scarface.” It is plain that that word represents Al. Before the writer of this script, Al begins to tell the lesser known “truth of Al Capone.”

A mob enforcer is set up to take the fall for a multi-million dollar heist involving a rival gang boss. Merle (Eric Roberts) is a gambler stuck on a twenty-year losing streak, but his luck is about to change. Surviving a trap that was intended to kill him, Merle makes away with a beautiful woman and a piece of the take. Most men in that position would have been content to simply walk away with their lives, but Merle has been loyal for twenty years. Realizing he's been betrayed, something inside snaps. They used to call him "The Butcher" as a joke, but the laughter turns to screams when Merle returns to deliver the ultimate punchline.

Il terrore dei gangster / 1954

Prima che possa mettere le mani sulla loro banda, alcuni gangster riescono a "incastrare" con false prove di corruzione il detective Vic Barron. Processato, condannato e radiato dalla polizia, prima di entrare in prigione Barron vede per di più distrutta la sua famiglia da una bomba messa nella sua auto dai banditi. Scontata la pena, il poliziotto non sogna altro che la vendetta.
