Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets. A loudmouth, provocative, and seeking attention, Diane tries to stand apart from her mother and wishes, during a weekend, to live like an adult.

iovane regista vuole realizzare a basso costo, con l'aiuto di amici, un adattamento del famoso romanzo Adolphe (1816) di Benjamin Constant, interpretando lui stesso il protagonista e convincendo una matura polacca, governante e concubina di un conte, a impersonare Eléonore. Tra i due si ripete lo stesso dramma sentimentale dalla fine tragica del romanzo. Dopo averla sedotta, Adolphe non corrisponde alla passione della possessiva Eléonore che gli sacrifica figli, denaro e reputazione finché, disperata, minaccia il suicidio. Nel film, la polacca si limita a inscenarlo

This document proposes an immersion in the French society of the 60s and 70s and in the youth of the time with the testimonies and confidences of Sheila, Salvatore Adamo, Antoine, Hervé Vilard, Michel Fugain, Nicoletta, Michel Jonasz, Laurent Voulzy and the photographer Tony Frank. They tell with hindsight and humor, their beginnings in the 60s and 70s, and before becoming idols. It is also an opportunity to leaf through the pages of the successful magazines of the time "Salut les copains" and "Mademoiselle Age tendre". Created by Daniel Filipacchi, they highlighted the idols of the moment, music, fashion, sexuality, consumer objects and questions about society.
