Entrando, così profondamente, nei pensieri delle donne, ragionando come loro, Nick inventa (per la Nike), una sensazionale campagna pubblicitaria. Nel frattempo ha costruito il rapporto con la figlia, ha salvato la vita a una collaboratrice depressa e ignorata da tutti, e si è innamorato, corrisposto, dell'"usurpatrice". Poi tutto, proprio tutto, torna a posto.
