La storia, ambientata nella bella e caotica capitale del sol levante, ha come protagonista un'intera stazione di polizia, e due agenti in particolare: Miyuki Kobayakawa e Natsumi Tsujimoto. La storia inizia dal ritorno di queste ultime due dall'anno passato a fare tirocinio in diversi reparti di polizia della città, prima di rimettere piede nella loro stazione di polizia stradale di Bokuto. Qui l'attende un nuovo caso da sbrogliare e una minaccia da scongiurare. Questa volta si parla di terroristi e di traffico di armi illecito. La questione è tanto bollente che, tra l'altro, coinvolge in prima persona anche il loro capitano, riuscendo a screditare persino il suo ruolo. Ecco allora in gioco tutti gli elementi della centrale e le due poliziotte decisamente fuori dal comune, Miyuki e Natsumi, alla ricerca dei colpevoli, del movente e del modo per aiutare il loro capo, il tutto attraverso la bella Tokyo.
