General Enrique assassinated Queen Victoria and declared dictatorship over the entire world. However, thanks to the treatment of a mysterious surgeon, the queen miraculously survives, and the situation changes, and the coup ends in failure. The name of the doctor who saved the queen's life with his genius skills was Black Jack. He suddenly attracts attention and becomes a person of the moment.

Black Jack: Dr. Pinoko's Forest Adventure / 2005

Dr. Black Jack forgot his doctor's bag, and his assistant (plus self-claimed "wife") Pinoko rushed to deliver the bag but found herself lost in the forest. Guided by a butterfly, she found that many animals in the forest are sick or injured, and Pinoko used her knowledge to help those animals.

Black Jack: A Lucky Bet is an original script based on one of Osamu Tezuka's masterpieces, "Black Jack". It was first performed in 1994 by the Flower Troupe led by Anju Mira to great acclaim. In November 2022, at the start of the 50th anniversary year of the "Black Jack" series, it was performed again in a nationwide tour by the Moon Troupe. Kanato Tsukishiro plays the role of Black Jack, an unlicensed surgeon with divine skill, dramatically expressing the message of Tezuka's works, such as the deep love for humanity and the preciousness of life. 　　

Kamisama no Beret / 2013

A beginning editor, Odamachi, slips back in time to the year 1973 and meets Osamu Tezuka. Tezuka, then, is out of luck. He has failed in animation business. His company has gone bankrupt. He has declined in popularity. Tezuka in front of Odamachi is in the miserable situation. Still Tezuka never loses his energy for creation. He cuts out sleeping and continues drawing manga. Odamachi is gradually involved in such Tezuka’s energy and encounters various people who support Tezuka, including Kabemura, an editor who trusts and waits for Tezuka till he finally receives manuscripts. Fun and excitement of creation are surely in Tezuka’s atelier. Focusing on how “Black Jack”, the watershed work for Tezuka, is created, and how Tezuka challenges to make animations again.
