Fidencio Borer, an apothecary in a village on the northern border of Mexico, discovers some old title of a mine in Arizona and decides to claim them. Trying to cross the border is a border guard intercepted by exaggerating in the line of duty. On the way is captured by a tribe of Apaches and is about to be burned alive, but thanks to the Great Head Horse Lying having toothache and learns that the prisoner it can heal, ordered his release on the condition that the cure. Fidencio would take the wheel and gets the eternal friendship of the Chief apache.

Questo concerto del 5 luglio 1968 è stato fortunatamente filmato da 4 telecamere e registrato in 16 tracce audio. Sul palco Jim Morrison assume le sembianze di un intenso artista, la cui voce profonda è soltanto parte del personaggio; il chitarrista Robby Krieger, il tastierista Ray Manzarek e il batterista John Densmore completano le libere associazioni di parole del cantante con improvvisazioni di ispirazione jazz. La loro musica non assomiglia a quella di nessun'altro gruppo: chi altro potrebbe eseguire in quel modo canzoni di Kurt Weil e Willie Dixon come "Alabama Song" e "Back Door Man"? Nonostante le citazioni colte Jim Morrison riesce ad evitare di essere troppo pretenzioso e spesso spezza la serietà con un sorriso ironico; ma nei testi delle sue canzoni rimane la profondità della poesia, basta ricordare brani come "When the Music's Over", "The Unknown Soldier" e "The End", che alludono ai problemi sociali di quel periodo.

Seconda guerra mondiale: Nei giorni precedenti allo sbarco in Normandia, due americani che operano dietro le linee tedesche si sono travestiti da ufficiali tedeschi. Stroebel è un ex attore ed Aubernet, premio Nobel. Il loro compito è di disabilitare l'immissione da parte dei tedeschi, di nafta infiammata in mare attraverso un particolare sistema prima dell'invasione alleata della Francia. Lo sbarco si avvicina ed il Capitano Jack Murphy che guida i paracadutisti americani, vengono scaricati distrattamente con anticipo vicino al sito di controllo per le difese. L'unità speciale guidata da Murphy si unisce a Stroebel e a Denise, una combattente della Resistenza che li aiuterà ad infiltrarsi e a distruggere le difese tedesche.

These images bear witness to the men and women who, in their indignancy, march towards their revolution. 50 years ago, as part of our ARC collective, we filmed the uprising of May and June 1968. Out of this material and scenes borrowed from our other filmmaker friends, we created this film.
