Far from the glorious Ottoman architecture and the glamorous Bosphorous nightlife, In Transit shows the tough life of transients stuck in Istanbul, between their war-torn or impoverished past and their imagined and elusive future. This thoroughly engaging video tracks an Iraqi Arab family, an Iraqi Kurdish family, and a Nigerian couple for a full year, witnessing their struggle to adapt to life on the margins of an unforgiving city while awaiting visas and work permits that never seem to come.

Bare Transit / 2020
Bare Transit follows the journey of a 23-year-old yoga teacher, Mia, who has travelled back to India from the UK to seek resolution and forgiveness. The film is the debut feature from Irish poet and photographer, O.P. Durkin, and is the first release from creative collective Nodrum. The film was shot in 2019–20 commencing in north India in the mountain town of Minali and continues on a journey in an ancient bus, through the Indian continent to south Goa. The film uses a mixture of professional and amateur actors and crew and was in itself a journey of discovery for all involved. Filming finished just a few weeks before the world and the nature of human interaction changed with the global reaction to the COVID-19 virus. The musical soundtrack comes from the shamanic binaural beats of MEYA.

A film about the sculptor José Pedro Croft, while it is a journey to the origins of creativity. José Pedro Croft is a sculptor who constantly crosses borders, from drawing to installation, from painting to sculpture, in a constant and surprising game. It mixes color and form, the banal with the solemn, and transforms space by introducing unusual materials. The theme of the film is this constant passage from one form of expression to another, this constant game, introducing one more element: the look of the filmmaker.

Transition of Kikugetsutei /
Kikugetsutei is a teahouse which stands beside a pond in the Ritsurin Garden in Kagawa Prefecture. This short captures the dramatic changes that the building undergoes over the course of a day. The piece was selected for showing at the 2018 International Film Festival Rotterdam.

Transit Zone / 2016
'Transit Zone' is an authentic insight into the life in the jungle of Calais from the perspective of 'Teefa', a refugee from Sudan. His dream is to make it one day onto one of the lorries leading to the UK - and hopefully a better life. But despite a remarkable sense of community, the conditions in the jungle are harsh and taking its toll. Teefa has spent almost half a year in the camp and is tired of trying to cross, as only a few are lucky enough to succeed. After all jungles are evicted by the police in order to move the refugees to a new camp, Teefa starts to question the greatness of Britain and considers other options instead.
