Dentro al giovane ed innocente, Ikuro Hashizawa, ha preso dimora un parassita conosciuto col nome di Baoh, impiantato nel suo cervello da una malvagia organizzazione, il gruppo Dres. Il parassita rende il ragazzo quasi immortale e gli dà la possibilità di trasformarsi all'occorrenza in una creatura dai poteri straordinari. Dres ha intenzione di usarlo in un complotto per dominare il mondo. Ma quando l'organizzazione comincia a sfruttare anche una ragazzina di nome Sumire dai poteri psichici, Ikuro si ribella e fugge via insieme a Sumire. Il crudele dr. Kasuminome a capo dell'organizzazione farà di tutto per riprendersi i due soggetti dei suoi test.

Karla, Arnolt and Sonni seem to live successful city lives; but, on closer inspection, they are in the middle of different life-crises, which have a common cause: lack of independence. A 1966 issue of Merian, a travel magazine, featuring Romania was filled with a number of positive articles, but there was one that criticized the regime. This inspired me to view 8mm vacation movies from the ’70s. At first glance the foreign tourists seemed to follow the recommendations from Merian and enjoy a carefree vacation. After a second look I noticed hints of a past familiar to me. (Gabriel Tempea)

Su-ho, who is the son of Min-seok’s stepmother and has just been discharged from the navy, also needs a place to stay. In this way, they get together unintentionally and not as comfortably in a rustic rural place.

One night, two men meet in an abandoned building, and share their memories about early lives in their hometowns. They leave this building and continue to roam in the night, then they find themselves return back to the abandoned building: it looks more unfamiliar now, then it collapse down, then it's gone. They leave this place and pass by more ruins and finally reach to the edge of the city and arrive at a hill which is constructed by piled-up construction waste. On the top of the hill, they see the railway that leads to their hometown.

Natsume's Book of Friends: The Waking Rock and the Strange Visitor / 2021

The film will be made up of two stories: "Ishi Okoshi" and "Ayashiki Raihousha." In "Ishi Okoshi," Natsume meets a small youkai called Mitsumi in a forest. Mitsumi is entrusted to wake up the divine youkai "Iwatetsu" from its deep slumber. Mitsumi weighs on Natsume's mind, so he sets out to help Mitsumi with his task. In "Ayashiki Raihousha," a mysterious visitor appears in front of Tanuma. Nearly every day, the visitor visits Tanuma, talks to him a little, and then leaves. Natsume, who knows the visitor is a youkai, worries for Tanuma, but Tanuma enjoys these exchanges with the youkai. The youkai means no harm, but Tanuma's health slowly starts to deteriorate.
