cosmos-war-finally-love / 2022
cosmos-war-finally-love is a triptych about sequential and spatial indeterminacy. Linearity imposes a closed and rigid hierarchy of sensory organisation based on a fixed, external, geometrically positioned observer and narrative. Cosmos-war-finally-love incorporates the nebulous and swarming character of indeterminacy and ambiguity as opening to expand the plasticity of our transmodal connections, ultimately activating expanded telepathy.
Cosmos 2072 / 2022
The year is 2072 in Japan. Wi is involved in top secret research to maintain consciousness in dead people and succeeds in capturing the consciousness of his girlfriend, Yoko, who is on the verge of death. His success makes him a wanted man by the authorities and scientists of the state. Information is being concealed by the authorities but rumors of a meteorite that has fallen in the region begin to spread. Since that explosion, Wi has been having difficulties communicating with Yoko. Wi gathers his former research colleagues to find out the truth to regain communication with Yoko. But those who gathered also have former relations with Yoko or want to steal Wi’s success. Yoko, on the other hand, laments to Wi about the discomfort of being conscious even though she is dead... Unfamiliar Cosmos / 2020
To travel an infinite universe is to find the unexpected. Ares (Phelan Davis), a soldier of a distant and bittersweet future, finds himself thrown into The Void: a dimension used by humanity as a shortcut through space, thought to contain nothing but emptiness. This theory is proven wrong, as we discover the vast footprint of an ancient and ethereal alien history. Early in our journey Ares stumbles onto John (Joe Finley), a troubled young man from the recent past, also thought to be trapped in a part of The Void. As the two must part ways, they find themselves on similar paths, surreal and uncertain, each step taking them further down the inter-dimensional rabbit hole.
