The last student days before the redistribution. The linguist must go to a remote village to work as a teacher. The outlook is not good at all for the ambitious man who published his own story and is searching for the realization of a career in literature. Mihail is looking for the possibility that will let him in Sofia. He is from countryside; his diploma is not of the highest merit; his career as an author is still not established. He meets by chance a famous writer. Soon the attitude of Mihail towards the writer becomes colder,, since he understands that he was used as an object of description. Mihail sees the situation as a deal - he offers "material" for the writer's novel for a note, needed for him to stay in Sofia. The writer's uncompromising nature breaks the deal and Mihail is traveling to the village or maybe to himself.

Boomerang is about four characters – a filmmaker (Sujan Mukherjee), a salesman (Kanchan Mullick), a police inspector (Paran Bandopadhyay), a journalist (Anindita Bose) and is a social satire which throws a dig at artists who blatantly copy others’ work, remake films and pass off as their own. Akshar Nandi is an established Bengali filmmaker who mainly copies South Indian movies. As the audience is nowadays looking for authentic stories, he starts looking for a new story with a unique concept.

The story, written by former George Stransky former political prisoners and today's chairman Pen Club is situated to 50 years and uranium camp of political prisoners in Pribram, where after the fall of the Stalinist cult comes at the end of 1958 as a prisoner of the former Chief of Main Administration of correctional facilities Colonel Good. Former chief topic of coexistence, "a guard" and political prisoners in the Bolshevik camp served timeless makers to reflect on the possibility (or impossibility) of forgiveness and a sense of justice. After leaving the authorities, Captain Krasnov opens his own detective agency. And the first large client is the wife of a very prominent person in business circles, the beautiful Anna Frain, who suffers from partial memory loss. Anna turns to Krasnov with a non-standard request — to film her life on a video camera and show the footage the next day, which, according to her doctor, will help restore her memory. In this case, it is necessary to observe all confidentiality measures. By agreeing to take on this business, Krasnov falls into a masterfully placed trap.

Topolino sta attraversando una piantagione di banane in Australia, staccando i frutti con un boomerang. Pluto è spaventato dal boomerang di Topolino e, tentando di morderlo, resta con la bocca intrappolata. Nel frattempo, Topolino ha trovato un uovo di struzzo il cui proprietario non è affatto contento che Topolino voglia prenderselo. Mentre Topolino cerca di evitare i colpi dello struzzo, arriva Pluto che grazie al boomerang che ha in bocca riesce a mettere K.O. l'uccello. Infine Pluto si libera del boomerang, ma esso insegue Topolino e Pluto, e i due non possono fare altro che scappare. Nell'edizione originale del cortometraggio, James MacDonald dà per la prima volta la voce a Topolino, in precedenza sempre doppiato da Walt Disney.
