An art film produced using 'Darwinian' evolution with artist controlled aesthetic selection. Artificial life rules define the processes of mutation, breeding, birth, growth and decay to generate an imagery evolution of a complex three dimensional structure.
Rawgwar: The Next Mutation / 1989
RAWGWAR: The Next Mutation is heavy metal band Gwar's third video release. It was sent out to promoters and the like, prior to Gwar signing to Metal Blade Records. It is a compilation of early MTV and cable TV appearances and a live show from 1989. Track 1 is from Gorgon's video magazine, 2 is of an interview from MTV, 3-5 are live, 6 is a video filmed in the studios where they made their appearance on Dr. Gruesome's Movie Morgue and features a demo version of the song, 7-14 are live, 15 is another Dr. Gruesome video, 16 & 17 are live, and 18 is a video featuring the Hell-O version of "Black And Huge".
Municipal Waste: Hazardous Mutation / 2005
Richmond, Va., thrash-core shredders Municipal Waste treat their hometown to a ballistic show that includes beer bongs, sharks, boogie boards and eardrum-splitting songs such as "Hazardous Mutation," "Nailed Casket," "Mind Eraser," "Terror Shark" and "Black Ice." The band also blazes their way through tight-and-fast rips of other furious favorites, including "Unleash the Bastards," "Mutants of War" and "Toxic Revolution."

The Code of Life: DNA, Information, and Mutation / 2007

Evolutionary interpretations have led to the incorrect beliefs that mutations and natural selection are responsible for adding the information necessary for molecules-to-man evolution and that "junk" DNA is merely a leftover from this process. Composed using three different formats, that have been made to co-exist: super-8, 16mm, and 35mm on a single 16mm support, clear leader. The variations in size caused the original frame lines to overlap, subjecting them - and with them their images - to a singular diabolical rhythm. The above-mentioned formats were glued together, one at a time, fragment on top of fragment, using transparent adhesive tape.

Tornando a casa Mike e Kim trovano il giardino invaso da lumache ben più grandi del solito e dotate di dentoni: Mike ne porta una in laboratorio per esaminarla. Ma ormai la situazione sta precipitando e le lumache carnivore incombono.
