Caserta, seconda metà degli anni '70. Il maestro d'orchestra - nonché bidello - Domenico Falasco, è autore di una singolare teoria che confida con sapienza a uno dei suoi giovani più promettenti, il diciottenne Faustino, in attesa di un contratto di lavoro per evitare la chiamata di leva. Più che teoria, in realtà, si tratta di un bizzarro consiglio: far valere il proprio talento e accettare solo "serate" nei luoghi di mare, perché è là che vanno davvero i bravi musicisti. Il giovane Faustino, però, continua a essere il tuttofare di Raffaele Niro, un impresario poco affidabile che un giorno torna nella sua Caserta con un ingaggio davvero straordinario: il famoso maestro Augusto Riverberi, eccezionale pianista ed ex amante di Ornella Vanoni, arriverà in città per esibirsi con la sua "piccola orchestra" di trenta elementi. Per il giovane talento, orfano di padre, è il momento di far sul serio.

Chasing Johnny / 2024
Johnny, a local activist, is wanted by the police after a robbery gone wrong. Paul, his childhood friend, comes back home after 15 years to find him before the police. Investigator Anna Radoszewski is also on Johnny’s trail. Thus begins a search in which memo- ries and secrets resurface. In a social context that shakes the town, everybody is looking for Johnny, who soon becomes the symbol of a revolt.
