Carlos Davis (11-10-1948, San Francisco, California, USA)

Carlos Davis (born October 11, 1948) is an American screenwriter, executive producer and playwright. He is best known for co-authoring the screenplay for Drop Dead Fred, the 1991 comedy film starring actress Phoebe Cates.
