Asta Paredes (--)

Asta Paredes is an award winning actress and filmmaker who is best known for starring as 'Chrissy' in Troma Entertainment's subversive horror comedy Return to Nuke 'Em High Volume 1 (2013) . She can next be seen as part of Larry Fessenden's "Monsterverse" in the visceral werewolf horror drama Blackout from Glass Eye Pix. Other credits include Cinema Epoch's indie slasher Sociopathia (2015) , Shades of Blue (2016) (NBC) as well as lead roles in acclaimed shorts The Shadow Scarf (2017), Eros Point (2018) , and The Creeper's Curse (2020) . Asta's acting foundation was training at the prestigious University of Minnesota/ Guthrie BFA Actor Training Program as well as study at the Globe Theater, the London International School for Performing Arts, Upright Citizens Brigade Improv Training Center and various teaching artists.
